Brooke Fitness Studio – Terms & Conditions & Gym Rules

Welcome to Brooke Fitness Studio! We’re excited to share our new space with you and support your fitness journey. As a small, private gym created for the local community, we kindly ask all members to follow these simple rules and guidelines to help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Booking Rules

  1. One Hour, One Booking Per Day
    Each member can book one 1-hour session per day. This ensures fair access for all.

  2. Two People Per Slot
    We offer two booking slots per hour, allowing:

    • Two individual members to train at the same time.

    • Or, a couple/friends to book together as a pair.

  3. Please Share the Space
    We are a shared, community gym. Be considerate of others using the space during your session. Clean equipment after use and keep noise to a respectful level.

  4. Fair Use & Flexibility

    • Please avoid booking the same time slot every day for a full week.

    • Do not book sessions more than 7 days in advance.
      This helps give everyone in our community a chance to train.

  5. Trial Period & Growth
    During peak times, if needed, we may introduce a third booking slot per hour, as we have the space for it. However, our goal is to remain a small, focused gym, so we don’t plan to expand membership rapidly.

General Studio Etiquette

  • Arrive and leave promptly within your booking time.

  • Tidy up after yourself – return weights, wipe down equipment, and leave the studio how you’d like to find it.

  • No coaching, group sessions, or commercial use without prior approval.

  • Respect each other’s space and privacy.

  • If you can’t make your booking, please cancel it as soon as possible so others can use the time.

Community First

We’re just getting started, and there may be a few teething issues as we find the best rhythm for everyone. Your patience, feedback, and positive spirit will help shape Brooke Fitness Studio into something really special.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Brooke Fitness Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Hire

2.1. Booking and Availability: Studio hire bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed once booked your slot via the booking link.

2.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. if you fail to do this more than 2 times it may not let you book your next slot.

2.4. Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio equipment or facilities during their own gym sessions. Any damage may be charged to the client.

3. Personal Training

3.1. Coaching Sessions: Personal training sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals. The trainer reserves the right to adjust the program as needed.

3.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Failure to do so may result in the full cost of the session being charged.

3.3. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being during training sessions. They should inform the trainer of any pre-existing medical conditions.

4. Liability

Brooke Fitness Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of the studio or during personal training sessions, unless caused by the negligence of the studio or its staff.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
